Glasgow Warriors have been re-branded several times. They started off just being called Glasgow and this name then moved to Glasgow Caledonians after a merge with Caledonia Reds. From the 2002-03 season, the side was known as Glasgow Rugby and this name lasted until the 2005-06 season, when they were eventually re-named Glasgow Warriors. One of the latest Magners Celtic League rugby shirts to be unveiled for the 2011/12 season is the new Glasgow Warriors 2011-12 home pro rugby shirt. Glasgow Warriors are a Celtic League side who finished 11th in the table last season. The club was founded in 1872 and they play their home matches at Firhill Stadium. The side are coached by Sean Lineen and their captain is Alastair Kellock.

The 2011/12 Glasgow Warriors home jersey has a black base colour with white piping, which helps to enhance the overall design. It has black, blue and white detail on the collar and light blue is used on the sides of the shirt. A light blue and white splashed paint effect is used on the bottom left of the shirt, which makes it fairly unique. The Canterbury logo and Glasgow Warriors badge are embroidered on either side of the chest and the shirt is finished off with the Response sponsor on the middle of the shirt in white text.
