One of the latest international rugby shirts to be released this year is the new South Africa 2011-12 home test rugby shirt. The South Africa national rugby union team are one of the top rugby union sides in the world and they are consistently good in tournaments.

The South Africa home test rugby jersey for 2011/12 is manufactuted by Canterbury. The shirt is mostly bottle green and has gold and white detail on the collar. The South African flag is placed on the left sleeve and the Canterbury logo is embroidered just below the neck. The Sprinbok and Protea logo appear on the right and left chest respectively. The ABSA sponsor is on the middle of the shirt. As it is a players shirt, it is more tight fitting than the replica version.

The company have kept this new template for the majority of their shirts this year and this jersey is no different. It is mostly white, but has dark green designs on the sides and this colour also appears in the collar, the bottom of the shirt, the sleeve hems and as piping on the main body. The Canterbury logo sits below the neck and the new ABSA sponsor is on the middle of the shirt.
